Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Partnerships for Prabhav. This role is an opportunity to contribute to our mission of driving social impact and creating positive change. The ideal candidate will have a background in the social impact sector and a proven track record in fundraising and/or building new business relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in the social impact sector is preferable.
• 3-4 years of experience in a consultancy or partnerships role, supporting new business development activities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving social change.
• Full-time work-from-office role based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of our partnership strategy, identifying and engaging with potential funding partners, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with our mission and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals, decks, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and social impact potential.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative approaches within the social impact sector.
• Drive the end-to-end partnership development process, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, agreement finalization, and ongoing partnership management.
• Collaborate with the brand and communications team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and materials to engage potential partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and funding opportunities to continuously enhance our partnership development efforts.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization, providing input and insights to shape our funding and partnership priorities.
