The organisation is on the lookout for hiring a Chief Communications Officer for the organization who would align with our vision and motto and lead the growth of the organization as we continue working in the field of children protection and care.
Key Responsibility-
Reporting to the COO, the Sr Director will be responsible for leading and managing the Program Delivery vertical of the community success function at the organisation. The Sr Director will lead a team of Directors, Program Managers, Associates, Sr Associates and the volunteers, Fellows and Strategists to develop and deliver programs for a minimum of 150 CCIs (Children in need of Care & protection institutions) across 23+ cities of India with the goal to transform outcomes for children in shelters of organisation ensuring to geared up for scale and streamlined for growth. The Sr Director will be responsible but not limited to the following deliverables:
● Ensure effective execution of the solutions and program content by advising on needs of volunteers and children in the CCIs.
● Measure and monitor the impact interventions for improvement of present programs
● Responsible for Innovation towards how interventions can be redesigned to fit organisation delivery model
● Manage Change and drive implementation of change across the program.
● Manage, streamline, and improve the operations and logistics of the program, including 2500 people in distributed teams across 23 cities and 80 shelters
● Responsible for Quality assurance, tracking and monitoring
● Responsible for supporting and deployment of the development of technologies and automation for program impact and implementation
● Monitor, Manage and maintain adherence to assigned Budgets for the Program Delivery Team
● Effectively manage stakeholders (Govt, CCIs, CSR, Donors)
Skills and Qualification-
● Graduate or postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution
● 10+ years of experience in Project management & Program Management working with the development sector
● Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex & distributed teams
● Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicating to all levels within an organization
● Proactively seeks and encourages suggestions from other functions in improving the capabilities of the Job family
● Cultivates and maintains collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to achieve mutual goals
