Sales Manager – Agri Inputs (UP)

5-12 years of sales experience in agricultural inputs.
Sales know how and channel management
Understand the FPO challenges and issues of small and marginal farmers.
Know-how of agricultural inputs, seeds, and farming operations.
Experience of farming practices across vegetables, grains, cereals, and horticulture.
Basic computer skills for data filling and entry.
Demonstrate personal qualities like eagerness to learn, flexibility, creativity, self-drive, entrepreneurial and passion.
Excellent communicator and able to express the concerns and issues on a regular basis Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and Team management skills required
Collect the market practices on the agri inputs from the local areas.
Engage with the stakeholders to create awareness and promote the Samvardhak range of products.
Train, demonstrate and educate the farmers on the Samvardhak product range.
Comfortable with meetings, discussions with diverse stakeholders from Governments, Private organizations, Community and NGOs.
Ensure the data is collected and shared with the regional and head offices.
Travel of 70-80% of the time
