Description
  • 5-12 years of sales experience in agricultural inputs.
  • Sales know how and channel management
  • Understand the FPO challenges and issues of small and marginal farmers.
  • Know-how of agricultural inputs, seeds, and farming operations.
  • Experience of farming practices across vegetables, grains, cereals, and horticulture.
  • Basic computer skills for data filling and entry.
  • Demonstrate personal qualities like eagerness to learn, flexibility, creativity, self-drive, entrepreneurial and passion.
  • Excellent communicator and able to express the concerns and issues on a regular basis Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and Team management skills required


  • Collect the market practices on the agri inputs from the local areas.
  • Engage with the stakeholders to create awareness and promote the Samvardhak range of products.
  • Train, demonstrate and educate the farmers on the Samvardhak product range.
  • Comfortable with meetings, discussions with diverse stakeholders from Governments, Private organizations, Community and NGOs.
  • Ensure the data is collected and shared with the regional and head offices.
  • Travel of 70-80% of the time
