- 5-12 years of sales experience in agricultural inputs.
- Sales know how and channel management
- Understand the FPO challenges and issues of small and marginal farmers.
- Know-how of agricultural inputs, seeds, and farming operations.
- Experience of farming practices across vegetables, grains, cereals, and horticulture.
- Basic computer skills for data filling and entry.
- Demonstrate personal qualities like eagerness to learn, flexibility, creativity, self-drive, entrepreneurial and passion.
- Excellent communicator and able to express the concerns and issues on a regular basis Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and Team management skills required
- Collect the market practices on the agri inputs from the local areas.
- Engage with the stakeholders to create awareness and promote the Samvardhak range of products.
- Train, demonstrate and educate the farmers on the Samvardhak product range.
- Comfortable with meetings, discussions with diverse stakeholders from Governments, Private organizations, Community and NGOs.
- Ensure the data is collected and shared with the regional and head offices.
- Travel of 70-80% of the time
