As an Outreach and Sales Specialist, you will help promote our educational/summer programs, generate outbound leads, and convert inbound leads. This is an exciting role with lots of room for growth for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Pitching our services through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and visits to generate interest
2. Identify and evaluate potential partners across academic, extracurricular, research, summer and other programs
3. Develop pitch presentations to present to potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements
4. Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
5. Forecast, measure, and report the results of our inbound and outbound sales efforts
6. Track referrals and referral payments
7. Maintaining and developing relationships with current and past clients to generate referrals
8. Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
9. Organizing and implementing outreach programs and events
10. Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
