Associate/ Sr Associate Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing donors, keeping them informed about the NGO's activities and impact.
• Assist in identifying and researching potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners aligned with the NGO's mission.

Fundraising Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Coordinate logistics for events, appeals, and campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.

Grant Writing and Proposals:

• Support the development of grant proposals, applications, and reports to secure funding from various sources.
• Work closely with program teams to gather information and data necessary for compelling grant submissions.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the CRM system.
• Generate reports and analyze fundraising data to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Communication and Marketing:

• Collaborate with the communication team to create fundraising materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and online content.
• Assist in drafting compelling stories and impact reports to showcase the NGO's achievements to donors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Nonprofit Management, Communication).
• Previous experience in fundraising or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
