  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Scoping new school and community sites as per the program requirement to expand and implement the program under the supervision of city-coordinator
  • Session monitoring of respective sites on a daily basis and make timelines accordingly
  • Rapport building with all the stakeholders
  • Collecting and monitoring the SalesForce data (participant data, attendance, baselines, end-lines) of their respective sites and meet the targets for data feeding/updates and report it to city-coordinator
  • Organising events at their respective sites and coordinating with other coaches to organize other sports events and tournaments
  • Keeping your team updated with the current life skills curriculum, play-based games, and netball skills/rules.
  • Manage and mentor their teams and brief the city-coordinator on need basis (Jr. coaches and CSCs)
  • Prepare session plans with Jr. coaches and CSCs and discuss the life skills/netball topic in the detail and ensure support to them to execute it on ground
  • Conduct need assessment of training required for their team and inform city-coordinator
  • Ensuring availability of required equipment on the ground or sports kit for their team
  • Write reports on the need basis and keep a check of the session plans, attendance registers, peer audits related to their sites.
  • Mentor their team of CSCs by meeting them once in 15 days in collaboration with Naz's economic empowerment program Aath Kadam
  • Meet the team of peer leader once a month for site updates and mentoring and write a written report of the meeting
  • Identify potential peer leaders, CSCs, Jr. coaches and develop leadership skills in them
Salary: 20,000 INR to 40,000 INR per month

Candidate Description -
  1.  Strong people skills, and experience in dealing with a multi-cultural team
  2. Mentoring and counselling experience with young people
  3. Strong documentation and presentation skills
  4. Fluency in local languages required (Hindi)
  5. Ability to handle multiple assignments
  6. Pro-activeness
  7. Positive outlook towards work culture of the organization
  8. Training Skills/ability to conduct sessions with young people
  9. Working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  10. Willingness to travel
  11. Strong communication skills
