Overview of the Role and Requirements:

1. New Business Development 
? Proactive search for new partners and opening centers as per Annual Operating Plan 
? City and within city center location and catchment identification 
? Partner, center and catchment due diligence 
? LOI & Agreement negotiation and execution Job Description: Manager/ Sr. Manager – New Business Development 

2. On-boarding New Centers – Process Adoption 
? New center setup and ensure smooth handover to sales and marketing team for execution 
? Assisting the new centre in hiring the team and setting up the required infrastructure in classrooms and laboratories as per the guidelines 
? Organize training on all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) at time of on-boarding to ensure quality standards across all centres 
? Know all of the organisation, and project related SOP, and clear mandated exam/trainings within two weeks of project assignment 
? Improvement in existing SOP from learnings collected from execution on a quarterly basis through documented version update of SOP with approval from CEO. 
Candidate Description -
? Fast, focused and committed individuals with an ability to lead a diverse team 
? Strengths in Stakeholder Management, Process Orientation and having strong bias for action 
? 5+ years’ experience in stakeholder management 
? Analytical and data drive approach to solve problems 
? Can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving work environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions. Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity and creativity and promote an open culture in the team.
